Supervise the project construction, planning, site contractors, and ensure work is completed to a satisfactory standard. Supervise the fit-out works including all interior fixings and equipment. Ensure client satisfaction throughout the project
𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬
• Liaise with suppliers/vendors/subcontractors for timely submission and follow up to obtain consultant timely approvals for material, samples, mock ups, shop drawings
• Coordinate between architectural finishes, MEP services and fit out subcontractors for proper execution of finishing works
• Coordinate with office team responsible for preparing shop drawings, details of finishes and coordinate the produced shop drawings made by different subcontractors to result in fully coordinated shop drawing ready for execution.
• Study the details of interactions between different trades and raise RFls on discrepancies and provide solutions to facilitate the approval of consultants
• Manage the productivity of the architectural and fit out works to match the schedule of works set by the general contractor
• Develop site logistics (mobilization / demobilization) plans
• Identify potential project risks and develop contingency plans to mitigate negative impacts on project.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards throughout the construction process.
𝐐𝐮𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬/𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬
Knowledge and Experience
• Min 15 years’ experience with general contractors in at least one similar complexity job.
• Experience in coordinating the works of specialized fit out subcontractors with the scope of the main contractor and MEP services
• Experience in managing and coordinating the scope of specialized vendors with the installation of their material and incorporating their requirement with the services of the project.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve complex technical issues.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with client, consultants, and the project team.
• Working knowledge of relevant building codes, regulations, and safety standards.
• Fully aware about Authorities, Municipality, SEC, Civil Defense requirements.
𝐄𝐝𝐮𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐂𝐞𝐫𝐭𝐢𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬
• Bachelor’s degree in Architect engineering
• Certified in interior design
